Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 3.77% of the outstanding shares for ¥150 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy and to enhance capital efficiency considering current term forecasts, market prices and the company's financial condition. The program will run until May 31, 2020. As of February 29, 2020, the company had 3,983,629 shares outstanding and 151 shares in treasury.
