Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Limited entered into conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire Sofitel Brisbane Central Hotel from Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. for AUD 180 million.
