Brookfield Property REIT Inc. acquired 1901 W. Center St. in Colton, Calif. from Avalon Apparel Group for $38 million.

Brookfield Property REIT Inc. (BPR) is a commercial real estate company. The Company is formed as a public security that focusses to offer economic equivalence to an investment in Brookfield Property Partners in the form of a United States REIT stock. BPR operates in a single reportable segment, which includes the operation, development and management of retail and other rental properties. The Company owns a property portfolio comprised primarily of Class A retail properties.
