Brookfield Property REIT Inc. (BPR) is a commercial real estate company. The Company is formed as a public security that focusses to offer economic equivalence to an investment in Brookfield Property Partners in the form of a United States REIT stock. BPR operates in a single reportable segment, which includes the operation, development and management of retail and other rental properties. The Company owns a property portfolio comprised primarily of Class A retail properties. The Company owns, either entirely or with joint venture partners, around 122 retail properties located throughout the United States comprising approximately 120 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA).
