(Alliance News) - Brunello Cucinelli Spa announced Wednesday that it has concluded its share buyback program.

Between Aug. 30 and April 17, the company bought back 47,250 of its own ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.1 percent of its share capital, for a total value of about EUR5.0 million.

Following the allocation of shares to the beneficiaries of the 2022-2024 stock grant plan, as of today, the company holds 3,750 treasury shares.

Brunello Cucinelli's stock closed Wednesday up 1.3 percent at EUR99.85 per share.
