ClassDojo, Inc. announced that it has issued 2,364,404 series C-1 preferred shares at a price of $11.2269 per share for gross proceeds of $26,544,927.2676 on January 27, 2021. The round of funding led by Josh Buckley. The transaction included participation from Rahul Vohra, Shishir Mehrotra, Lenny Rachitsky, Buckeye Partners, L.P. for 505,036 series C-1 shares for proceeds of $5,669,988.6684, and others.

The shares carry non-cumulative, and participating fixed dividend value of $0.6737 per share per annum. The shares will be convertible into common shares at a fixed conversion price of $11.2269 per share.

Its solutions primarily consists of the transportation, storage, processing and marketing of liquid petroleum products.
