Nala Renewables Switzerland Sàrl and Buckeye Partners, L.P. agreed to acquire 85% stake in Swift Current Energy from management on April 7, 2021. Post acquisition the management will hold a minority stake in the company through their holding company Lookout Ridge Energy Partners. Eamon Nolan, Danielle Patterson, Matt Falcone, Scot Dixon, Matthew Dobbins, Mary Alexander, Debra Duncan, Sean Becker and Julia Petty of Vinson & Elkins LLP acted as legal advisor to Nala Renewables Switzerland Sàrl and Buckeye Partners, L.P.
