Capelli announces that it has finalized a new block sale for a program located in Lagny-sur-Marne, Seine et Marne, the last of three projects selected following a call for tenders as part of the development of the ZAC Saint-Jean.

Comprising 39 homes, this residence in the heart of the town of Lagny-sur-Marne has been sold to CDC Habitat, a global public-interest housing operator and subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts, for a total of 11 million euros.

"This program is part of a wider development of a new residential area that will help meet the demographic growth experienced by the town in recent years", explains the developer.
