Cedar. Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2435) agreed to acquire a land at Higashishinozaki, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu from Kawaguchi Kosan, K.K. for ¥150 million on February 25, 2016. In a related deal, Cedar. Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2435) agreed to acquire a building at Higashishinozaki, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu from Kawaguchi Kensetsu Co.,Ltd. for ¥630 million on February 25, 2016. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Cedar. Co., Ltd. on February 25, 2016. The transfer of property will take place on February 29, 2016.
