(Alliance News) - Cembre Spa reported Tuesday that it closed the first nine months with revenues up to EUR169.0 million from EUR149.0 million in the same period a year earlier.

Ebitda rose to EUR52.7 million from EUR41.7 million in the first nine months of the year before while operating income improved to EUR43.3 million from EUR32.8 million.

Pre-tax income rose to EUR43.1 million from EUR32.9 million while net income grew to EUR32.1 million from EUR24.3 million a year earlier.

In the third quarter alone, however, revenues rose to EUR51.4 million from EUR44.6 million in the same quarter a year earlier, Ebitda increased to EUR14.0 million from EUR11.2 million, Ebit rose to EUR10.8 million from EUR8.2 million, pretax profit improved to EUR10.7 million from EUR8.3 million, and net income grew to EUR8.2 million from EUR6.1 million.

Consolidated net financial position, which changed from a positive EUR14.6 million as of December 31, 2022, to a positive EUR9.3 million as of September 30 this year, reflects the effects of dividend payments of EUR23.5 million by the parent company and investments in fixed assets of EUR10.9 million. As of September 30, 2022, the NFP was positive by EUR11.0 million.

Cembre's stock is down 0.3 percent at EUR33.00 per share.
