CEVA, Inc. Appoints Current Director Maria Marced to Replace Eliyahu Ayalon on the Audit Committee of the Board

On May 19, 2022, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CEVA, Inc., the Board appointed current director Maria Marced to replace Eliyahu Ayalon on the Audit Committee of the Board (the “Audit Committee”).
Ceva, Inc. is a licensor of silicon and software intellectual property (IP) that enables smart edge devices to connect, sense and infer data. The Company powers the connectivity, sensing, and inference in advanced smart edge products across consumer Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, automotive, infrastructure, industrial, and personal computing.
