Ceva Logistics AG acquired Spedag Interfreight East Africa from M+R Spedag Group AG on July 13, 2022. As of July 13, 2022, all customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals by relevant authorities has been received. Ernst & Young acted as financial advisor and due diligence provider to M+R Spedag Group AG.
