Ceva Logistics AG signed a share and asset purchase agreement to acquire Commerce & Lifecycle Services Business of Ingram Micro Inc. for an enterprise value of $3 billion on December 8, 2021. Ceva Logistics AG competed the acquisition of Commerce & Lifecycle Services Business of Ingram Micro Inc. in Europe, Canada, U.S., Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina on April 4, 2022. Michiel Alting von Geusau, currently Executive Vice President, and President of Global Commerce & Life Cycle Services for Ingram Micro, will continue to lead the business within CEVA Logistics.

The CMA CGM Group intends to fund this acquisition from its own resources. The closing of this transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals by relevant authorities. As of February 25, 2022, the European Commission has approved the transaction.

The deal is expected to close during the first half of 2022. The deferred closing regarding the remaining operations in Asia Pacific, Mexico and Costa Rica is expected to take place before the end of the first half of 2022.
