Huang Jianfeng signed the share transfer agreement to acquire additional 5% stake in Chahua Modern Housewares Co., Ltd. from Chen Guanyu for approximately CNY 110 million.

Chahua Modern Housewares Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in research and development, manufacture and sales of home supplies especially commodity plastics. The Company's main products are commodity plastics including food containers, cleaning products, storage products and home supplies. The Company also involves in manufacture and sales of non-plastic products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas market.
