Charger Metals NL (ASX:CHR) signed a binding agreement to acquire 30% stake in Lake Johnston Lithium Project from Lithium Australia Limited (ASX:LIT) on February 7, 2023. Charger Metals NL issued 7 million shares to acquire the remaining stake in Lake Johnston Lithium Project. BDO Corporate Finance Pty Ltd acted as financial advisor to Charger Metals NL (ASX:CHR). The transaction is subject to Shareholder approval, obtaining an opinion from a suitably qualified independent expert, Obtaining third party deeds of assignment.

Charger Metals NL is an Australia-based exploration company targeting battery metals and precious metals in three emerging battery minerals provinces in Australia. The Companyâs projects include Lake Johnston Lithium, Bynoe Lithium and Coates Nickel-Copper-Pge. The Lake Johnston Lithium Project is located 450 kilometers (km) east of Perth, Western Australia, in the central part of Yilgarn Lithium Province, which hosts the majority of Australiaâs Lithium Mineral Resources. The Bynoe Lithium Project covers approximately 63 square kilometers (km2), in a lithium-enriched belt within the Litchfield Pegmatite Field, approximately 35 km southwest of Darwin, Northern Territory, with nearby infrastructure and access. The Coates Ni-Cu-PGE Project is located approximately 65 km east of Perth at Wundowie, Western Australia. The Project benefits from its proximity to world-class road, rail, port and high-voltage power infrastructure.
