Charger Metals NL entered into a binding agreement to acquire remaining 30% stake in Lake Johnston Lithium Project in Western Australia from Lithium Australia Limited for AUD 2 million.

Charger Metals NL is an Australia-based exploration company targeting battery metals and precious metals in three emerging battery minerals provinces in Australia. The Company’s projects include Lake Johnston Lithium, Bynoe Lithium and Coates Nickel-Copper-Pge. The Lake Johnston Lithium Project is located 450 kilometers (km) east of Perth, Western Australia, in the central part of Yilgarn Lithium Province, which hosts the majority of Australia’s Lithium Mineral Resources. The Bynoe Lithium Project covers approximately 63 square kilometers (km2), in a lithium-enriched belt within the Litchfield Pegmatite Field, approximately 35 km southwest of Darwin, Northern Territory, with nearby infrastructure and access. The Coates Ni-Cu-PGE Project is located approximately 65 km east of Perth at Wundowie, Western Australia. The Project benefits from its proximity to world-class road, rail, port and high-voltage power infrastructure.
