Headquartered in Canada, Mosaicis the world's largest integrated supplier of potash and phosphate fertilizers. It has a production capacity of 10.5 million tons of potash, accounting for 9.9% of global production capacity, and 11 million tons of phosphate, accounting for 10.1% of global production capacity. MosaicChina is a long-term cooperative customer of China BlueChemical for urea and diammonium phosphate. In 2022, in order to further strengthen the access to potash resources and bring into play product synergies, the marketing company and MosaicChina entered into a strategic cooperation to carry out all-round cooperation in the import and sale of potash and supply of urea and phosphate fertilizer products.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the long history of cooperation between the two companies and communicated and exchanged ideas on future cooperation intentions. Hou Xiaofeng said that there is a wide range of cooperation between Mosaicand China BlueChemical, and he hoped that both sidescould carry outcomprehensive cooperation in nitrogen, phosphate, potash, compound fertilizers and new fertilizers in the future, so as to give full play tocorporate social responsibility and make contribution to maintaining national food security and protecting farmers' interests.
