China Resources Beer Company Limited Announces Resignation of Wang Qun as Executive Director and Vice Chairman and Will Cease as Member of Each Executive Committee and Finance Committee

The board of directors of China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited announced that Wang Qun has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director and the Vice Chairman of the company and will cease to be a member of each of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee with effect from 7 November 2016 due to his retirement.
