China Resources Beer Company Limited Announces Resignation of Zhang Kaiyu as Non-Executive Director and as Member of Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited announced that Ms. Zhang Kaiyu has tendered her resignation as a Non-executive Director and as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 29 January 2024 due to having reached the retirement age.
