Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and sales of semiconductor packages as an independent subcontractor for outsourced semiconductor assembly, test and packaging services, and manufacture of integrated technology products. Its subsidiaries include Cirtek Electronics Corporation (CEC) and Cirtek Electronics International Corporation (CEIC). CEC provides turnkey solutions that include package design and development, wafer probing, wafer back grinding, assembly and packaging, final testing of semiconductor devices, and delivery and shipment to its customers’ end users. CEIC sells integrated circuits principally in the United States of America and assigns the production of the same to CEC. CEC offers products that go into various applications. CEC's product lines include protection products and voltage control oscillators. The protection products are designed to protect electronic devices from damaging voltage or current spikes.
