City Office REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 44.21 million compared to USD 45.52 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 0.043 million compared to net income of USD 1.99 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05.
For the nine months, sales was USD 134.78 million compared to USD 135.87 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 0.019 million compared to net income of USD 29.41 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.14 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.56 a year ago.
