First Motion for Exclusivity Period Extension Approved For Ciber, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Ciber, Inc. on September 25, 2017. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 90 days i.e. up to November 6, 2017 and January 5, 2018, respectively.
CMTSU Liquidation, Inc., formerly Ciber, Inc., is a global information technology (IT) services company. The Company operates in two segments: North America and International. Its Ciber International segment primarily consists of countries in Western Europe and the Nordic region.
