Second Motion for Exclusivity Period Extension Approved For Ciber, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Ciber, Inc., on November 30, 2017. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 90 days i.e. up to February 5, 2018 and April 5, 2018 respectively.
CMTSU Liquidation, Inc., formerly Ciber, Inc., is a global information technology (IT) services company. The Company operates in two segments: North America and International. Its Ciber International segment primarily consists of countries in Western Europe and the Nordic region.
