Legion Partners Nominates Candidates to the Board of Ciber

On March 9, 2017, Legion Partners, LLC announced that it has delivered a letter to Ciber, Inc. nominating the nominees, Richard A. Genovese and Melvin L. Keating, for election to the Board at the Company’s 2017 annual meeting of shareholders. Further, Legion Partners stated that it intends to engage in discussions with management, the Board, and shareholders of the Company regarding the nomination of directors at the annual meeting and the composition of the Company’s Board generally in the hopes of avoiding a contested election at the annual meeting.
