Community First Bancorporation is a bank holding company. The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Community First Bank, Inc. (the Bank), are engaged in providing domestic commercial banking services. The Bank is a community-oriented institution offering a full range of traditional banking services, with the exception of trust services. All of the Bank’s loans held for investment are made to individuals and businesses within its local markets in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and substantially all of its deposits are acquired within its local market areas. The Bank originates and services mortgage loans to consumers in its primary markets. The Bank’s personal banking services include personal checking, personal savings, personal loans, and others. The Bank’s business services include business checking, business savings, business loans, and others. The Bank’s offices are located in Walhalla, Seneca, Anderson, Williamston, Westminster, and Greenville, and others.
