Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) has reported a 4.1% increase in net income, group share, excluding non-recurring items, to 87 million euros for its 2022-23 fiscal year, as well as a 1.4 point decline in EBO margin excluding non-recurring items to 26.9%.

The ski area and leisure park group posted sales of nearly 1.13 billion euros, up 17.4%. Excluding non-recurring items booked in 2021-22, growth reached 10.6% on a like-for-like basis.

At the AGM on March 14, CDA will propose an annual dividend of 0.91 euros per share, an increase of 10%. For 2023-24, it is targeting a minimum 7% increase in EBO compared with 2022-23, excluding non-recurring items.
