Computime Group Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture and trading of electronic control products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Contract Manufacturing Services segment is engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture, trading and distribution of commercial and industrial control products. The Smart Solutions segment is engaged in the research and development, design, manufacture, trading and distribution of building and home control and appliance control products. The Company sells its products within domestic market and to overseas markets such as the America, Europe and Asia.
