COSCO SHIPPING PORTS LIMITED COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited declared the payment of the first interim dividend of HK 13.6 cents per share of HKD 0.10 each in the Company for the year ending 31 December 2023, with an option to receive new fully paid Shares in lieu of cash. The Interim Dividend is payable to shareholders of the Company whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company on 18 September 2023. The register of members was closed from 13 September 2023 to 18 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
The last date and time on which transfers were accepted for registration for participation in the Scrip Dividend Scheme was 4:30 p.m. on 12 September 2023.
