Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (TSE:8844) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 50,000 shares, representing 0.15% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥30 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to secure treasury stock to be delivered to allotted persons based on the company's restricted stock compensation plan.

The repurchase program is valid till June 22, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 33,901,806 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 9,413 shares in treasury.
