Covivio Hotels (ENXTPA:COVH) acquired Hotel Business at The Met Leeds from Ihg Hotels Ltd on September 27, 2022. Michelle Kirkland, Farrah Kiyani, Catherine Little and Alex Stanciu of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang acted as legal advisor to Covivio.

Covivio Hotels (ENXTPA:COVH) completed the acquisition of Hotel Business at The Met Leeds from Ihg Hotels Ltd on September 27, 2022.
