Cowell e Holdings Inc. is an investment holding company principally engaged in camera modules businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Camera Module segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sales of camera modules for mobile devices and home appliances. The Optical Components segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sales of optical components for optical disk drivers. These products are sold to customers mainly located in the People’s Republic of China (the PRC) and the Republic of Korea (Korea). Its customers mainly include Apple, LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics and Hitachi.
