The Company’s segments include Sports and Wellness. The Sports segment is engaged in the trading of footwear, apparels, and accessories business. The Wellness segment is engaged in gym equipment and accessories activities. BBUK provides end-to-end design, development, and sourcing services for all FILA development within the Company and to other global licensees. BB UK also operates an exclusive sub-license given by JD Sports PLC for the Fila brand in the United Kingdom and the license for the Middle East and North Africa.
