M&W SECURITY LIMITED completed the acquisition of Croma Vigilant Limited from Croma Security Solutions Group plc.

Croma Security Solutions Group plc is a United Kingdom-based security services provider. The Company's divisions include Croma Systems, Croma Biometrics and Croma Locksmiths. Croma Systems division provides a range of electronic security solutions, which include intruder alarms and monitoring, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and fire alarms, and access control and entry systems. Croma Biometrics division offers identity management and custom software, which includes FASTVEIN, a biometric system that provides the equivalent security and accuracy of iris scanning. Croma Locksmiths division is engaged in locksmithing, ironmongery, and security.
