On February 10, 2024, Edward Zecchini accepted the offer to join Cryoport, Inc. as Senior Vice President ? Chief Digital & Technology Officer and submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company both effective February 19, 2024. There were no disagreements between Mr. Zecchini and the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices that led to his decision to resign.
