Cyber Power Systems, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,279.52 million compared to TWD 2,690.68 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 49.73 million compared to TWD 234.21 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.61 compared to TWD 2.89 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.58 compared to TWD 2.59 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 6,653.07 million compared to TWD 6,624.65 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 156.94 million compared to TWD 357.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.94 compared to TWD 4.42 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.81 compared to TWD 4.01 a year ago.
CyberPower Systems, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, portable power converters, power protection and management equipment and computer peripherals and related accessories. The Company's products also include solar chargers, electronic alternators, emergency power systems and networked remote power management equipment.
