CyberPower Systems, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,690.683 million compared to TWD 2,463.481 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 234.211 million compared to TWD 274.123 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.89 compared to TWD 3.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.59 compared to TWD 3.37 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 6,624.654 million compared to TWD 6,782.116 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 357.404 million compared to TWD 590.403 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.42 compared to TWD 7.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.01 compared to TWD 7.24 a year ago.
CyberPower Systems, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, portable power converters, power protection and management equipment and computer peripherals and related accessories. The Company's products also include solar chargers, electronic alternators, emergency power systems and networked remote power management equipment.
