Dacotah Bank has announced several management changes as of the first of 2015. Rodney Fouberg retired as chairman of Dacotah Banks, Inc. and Dacotah Bank, but will continue to serve as a member of both boards of directors. Richard Westra assumed the chairmanship of both boards of directors.

Joe Senger became president and CEO of Dacotah Banks, Inc. and Dacotah Bank and serves on both boards of directors. Robert Fouberg became executive vice president, and remains general counsel, of Dacotah Banks, Inc. and Dacotah Bank. Rodney Fouberg joined the company in 1967 and served in various roles before becoming chairman and CEO in 1984.

He serves or has served on the boards of directors of a number of charitable and economic development organizations and served one term as a member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Richard Westra joined the company in 1973 and served in various roles before becoming president and CEO of Dacotah Bank in 1980 and adding the role of president and CEO of Dacotah Banks, Inc. in 2007. Westra also serves or has served on the boards of directors of a number of charitable and economic development organizations, served one term as a member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and five terms on the South Dakota Banking Commission.

Joe Senger joined the company in 2002 following 26 years of service with other organizations in the banking and financial services industry. He served first as senior vice president of credit administration and then executive vice president since 2010. Robert Fouberg joined the company in 2003 following service as a private practice attorney, legislative counsel to Representative John Thune and senior counsel at the American Bankers Association.

He served first as a commercial lender, vice president and counsel, and then senior vice president and general counsel since 2008.
