Dacotah Banks, Inc. (OTCPK:DBIN) signed an agreement to acquire Certain Assets and/or Certain Liabilities of Stohr Insurance Agency from Stohr Insurance Agency on January 15, 2020. In a related transaction, Dacotah Banks also signed an agreement to acquire First State Bank of Claremont. Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. acted as legal advisor to Dacotah Banks.
