Daeho Al Co.,Ltd. announced a private placement of series 17 coupon unregistered non-guaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 10,000,000,000 on September 8, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Sangsangin Plus Savings Bank, Investment Arm and returning investor Sangsangin Savings Bank, Investment Arm. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The payment date is September 10, 2021.
