Daou Tech, Inc. (KOSE:A023590) agreed to acquire 16.18% stake in Kiwoom ENS, Inc. from eMoney, Inc. for KRW 9.6 billion on April 14, 2020. Daou Tech will acquire 0.85 million shares in Kiwoom at KRW 11,394 per share.
