Allied Architects, Inc. completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Delivery Vietnam Co., Ltd. from Delivery Consulting Inc.

Delivery Consulting Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the digital transformation business. The Company’s services include data strategy, digital migration and intelligent automation (IA). The Data Strategy provides data strategy consulting and supporting from concept formulation to construction and enablement of systems that support the realization of data-driven management aimed at by digital transformation (DX). The Digital Migration designs the ideal system image with an understanding of digital technologies such as cloud service, artificial intelligence (AI) and BI (business intelligence). IA combines robotic process automation (RPA), which automates routine business processes, with AI technology to realize processing that involves complex judgments and understandings, advanced analysis and automation of a wide range of businesses.
