Nippon Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (TSE:9797) entered into a basic agreement to acquire 85.5% stake in Dia Consultants Company Limited from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (TSE:5711) on August 7, 2020. Nippon Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (TSE:9797) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 85.5% stake in Dia Consultants Company Limited from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (TSE:5711) on February 12, 2021. As part of the transaction, Nippon Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. will purchase 2.06 million shares of Dia Consultants Company Limited. The Board of Directors of Nippon Engineering Consultants resolved the transaction.
Nippon Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (TSE:9797) completed the acquisition of 85.5% stake in Dia Consultants Company Limited from Mitsubishi Materials Corporation (TSE:5711) in July 2021.
