Douglas Emmett, Inc. Elects Dorene C. Dominguez as A Member of the Board

Effective April 1, 2021, the Board of Directors of Douglas Emmett, Inc. elected Dorene C. Dominguez as a member of the Board with a term ending as of the Company's 2021 annual meeting of stockholders. In connection with Ms. Dominguez's election, the size of the Board was increased from 10 to 11. Ms. Dominguez was also appointed to serve on the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee effective as of such date.

The Company owns and operates office and multifamily properties located in premier coastal submarkets in Los Angeles and Honolulu. The services of its office segment include primarily the rental of office space and other tenant services, including parking and storage space rental.
