Dragon Capital Investments Limited agreed to acquire remaining 40.1% stake in Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc (AIM:DUPD) from Lars Ernest Bader and others for £4.4 million on April 20, 2020. Under the terms of transaction, DRGN will acquire remaining stake at £0.1 per share. Mark Iwashko and Aloysius van der Heijden do not expect to continue to act as directors of the Company following the Cancellation. The transaction is subject to shareholder approval of Dragon-Ukrainian and board recommends that shareholders vote in favour of the Cancellation Resolution. The board of Dragon-Ukrainian recommends the transaction to the shareholders of Dragon-Ukrainian. The transaction is expected to remain open from May 7, 2020 till May 28, 2020. As of April 30, 2020, Lars Ernest Bader had completely sold off his 25.8 million shares in Dragon-Ukrainian and Dragon Capital Investments Limited's stake increased to 83.5%. As per announcement of May 12, 2020, Dragon Capital acquired a total of 4.15 million shares on April 30 and May 8 that increased its stake in Dragon-Ukrainian to 87.31%.
