The Company invests in Arricano Real Estate plc, which has a portfolio of approximately nine shopping centers, such as Sky Mall (Kyiv), Rayon (Kyiv), Sun Gallery (Kryvyi Rig), South Gallery (Simferopol), City Mall (Zaporizhzhya), Prospect (Kyiv), Lukyanivka (Kyiv), Petrivka (Kyiv) and Rozumovska (Odesa). The Company's subsidiaries include Glangate Ltd, New Region LLC, Commercial project LLC, Grand Development LLC, Landzone Ltd, Z Development LLC, EF Nova Oselya LLC and Linkdell Ltd, among others.
