DynaResource, Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was USD 418,044 compared to USD 2.329 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 1.623 million compared to USD 1.932 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.745 million compared to USD 1.269 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.1 compared to USD 0.07 a year ago.
DynaResource, Inc. is a minerals investment, management, and exploration company. The Company is conducting test mining and pilot milling operations through an operating subsidiary in Mexico, with specific focus on precious and base metals in Mexico. The Company owns 80% interest in DynaResource de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (DynaMexico). DynaMexico owns 100% of the mining concessions, equipment, camp and related facilities, which comprise the San Jose de Gracia Property (SJG), in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. The Company also own 100% of Mineras de DynaResource S.A. de C.V. (DynaMineras). The Company conducts test mining and pilot milling operations, and other exploration activities in Mexico. The end use product produced at its test mining and pilot milling operations at SJG is in the form of gold-silver concentrates. The San Jose de Gracia mining project (SJG Project) is located on map sheet G13-A81 in the Culiacan mining district of Sinaloa State, Mexico.
