DynaResource, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 3.412 million compared to USD 3.828 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 57,257 compared to USD 1.169 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 2,153 compared to USD 2.126 million a year ago. Basic eps was USD 0 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.12 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 5.742 million compared to USD 6.346 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 1.989 million compared to USD 2.141 million a year ago. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, investing in, and developing precious metal properties, and the production of precious metals. The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, DynaMexico US Holding, LLC (US Holding) and three wholly owned subsidiaries in Mexico, DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (DynaMexico), Mineras de DynaResource S.A. de C.V. (DynaMineras), and DynaResource Operaciones de San Jose De Gracia S.A. de C.V. (DynaOperaciones). DynaMexico owns a portfolio of mining concessions that comprises its 100% interest in the San Jose de Gracia Project (SJG) in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. It conducts test mining and pilot milling operations, and other exploration activities of the SJG, in Mexico. The SJG Project is located on map sheet G13-A81 in the Culiacan mining district of Sinaloa State, Mexico.
