EAM - Disclosure of large shareholding

On 23 November 2023 Sundt AS sold 45,085 shares in EAM Solar ASA (the
"Company"). Following the disposal of shares, Sundt AS owns 999,863 shares in
the Company, representing a total of 14.6% of the Company's issued shares and
voting rights (based on 6,852,210 shares issued by the Company).
 
This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
