EAM - Disclosure of large shareholding

On 2. January 2024 Sundt AS sold 25,212 shares in EAM Solar ASA (the "Company").
Following the disposal of shares, Sundt AS owns 684,041 shares in the Company,
representing a total of 9.98% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights
(based on 6,852,210 shares issued by the Company).
 
This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
