Echo Energy plc announced Board changes. Christian Yates, current non-executive director, will assume the position of non-executive chairman. Martin Hull, the Company's existing CEO, and James Parsons, the Company existing Non Executive Chairman, are both transitioning into the role of non-executive director and both individuals have been asked to provide additional support to the new chairman and CEO for an interim period.
These changes will take place with immediate effect.
